Yoga for Middle and High Schoolers
The class will include warm-ups, a series of yoga moves, and a cool down. Attention will be paid to learning correct alignment and how to adjust a pose if necessary. Please note that there will be no class on Tuesday, September 8th. The final class for this series will be held on Tuesday, September 15th.

|Supplies||Students will need to purchase the following items: Students will need a yoga or exercise mat so that their feet don't slip.|
About the Instructor
I believe that the relationship between teacher and student is the most important aspect of good education. I also believe in the importance of good questions to spark the mind of the student. I prefer discussions to lectures, and I aim to make classes and tutoring sessions student-centered and interactive.
