Coach Profile

Welcome Parents, I am Sonn Eidem, I have been involved in education for a number of years with teaching jobs at Biola Univ & Pasadena City College. My career has been in radio working at different radio stations across the country including here in Los Angeles, at 99.5FM KKLA, AM 870 The Answer & AM 570 KLAC I am currenlty the host of a couple podcasts called Two Steps Ahead Podcast and From Non Sense to God Sense. I have always enyoyed English and History and I hold 3 masters degrees in English, Education and Coaching and Athletic Administration I've coached high school baseball and am currenlty working with the Alternative Baseball League out of Georgia, trying to start a league here in Los Angeles. The Alternative Baseball League is a baseball league for Special Needs players 15 years of age and older, who enjoy playing MLB style baseball. I do have a strong passion for baseball. I do believe that many life lessons can be learned through sports especially baseball. I believe an education can open the doors to many opportunities in life. My approach is to teach alongside the students providing them with an opportunity to learn with me and not be taught at. Each student learns differently and at a different pace, so I try to do my best to cater the education experience to each individual student, in a way that also benefits the entire class. It can be a delicate balance, but it can be done. I look forward to partnering with you and your student in this current stop along the academic journey.
